New Delivery Periods

Due to the pandemic we have had to restructure how delivery orders are made. We can no longer offer a time with 15 minutes leeway either side.  Instead we ask that you provide the latest time for delivery or provide the time in which you are to serve your catering and we will ensure your catering in delivered prior to this time while still ensuring the quality of our product is not compromised.

Delivery Fees

All deliveries incur a delivery fee as follows:

• • Canberra Weekdays $20.00 some conditions may apply
  • Canberra Saturday $32.00 some conditions may apply
  • Canberra Sunday $- Closed
  • NSW Deliveries start at $30.00
  • Delivery fees apply per delivery

Minimum orders

Our minimum order is $80.00 plus delivery Monday to Saturday.

Cancellation

Any reduction in numbers or cancellation to orders:

• Less than 24 hours prior to delivery are charged 100% of total food order
• Between 48 hrs – 24 hrs prior to delivery are charged 50% of total food order

Overdue Payments

In the event your account is overdue and referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs associated in the retrieval of the collection of the debt.

Hire Terms for Equipment

• • Equipment hire delivery & pick-up fees apply.
  • Sunday and Public Holidays incur a 20% surcharge.
  • Equipment must be clean and in full working order upon return.
  • Replacement or Repair costs will be charged for broken or missing equipment.
  • Equipment returned after arranged return time will be charged late fees.
