Equipment items listed here may be requested on the Order Form when you place a Menu Order.

 

Glassware

  • Champagne Flute:  $1.50 each (per day)
  • Universal Wine Glass:  $1.50 each (per day)
  • Small Juice Glass: $1.30 each (per day)
  • Whiskey Glass / Tumbler: $1.50 each (per day)

Crockery

  • Side Plates:  $1.00 each (per day)
  • Dinner Plates: $2.00 each (per day)
  • Cup & Saucer set: $1.80 per set (per day)

Cutlery

  • Knives, Forks, Soup Spoons & Dessert Spoons : 80 cents each (per day)
  • Disposable Packs (disposable cup, plate, knife, fork & spoon) $2.00 per person

Mobile Mini Bar/Cool Room

  • 1.8m x 2.4m. Please ask us about the daily fee for this item.

Hot Water Urn

  • 20 ltr Urn: $26.50 (per day)

Air Pots with Drip Filter Coffee

  • Coffee Air pot with Drip Filter Coffee $21.00 (per day) approx 12-15 cups

Note: Air pot and Urn prices do not include coffee station extras (i.e. cups, sugar, stirrers, tea bags).

Tables

  • Trestle Table (Rectangular) @$36.00 per table (per day)

Tablecloth

  • 2.7m Rectangle Trestle Table Tablecloth in Black or White: $35.00 per cloth (per day)

Hire Terms for Equipment

  • Equipment hire delivery fees apply if they are needed at a different time to the delivery of your catering or if multiple vehicles are needed to deliver equipment.
  • Sunday and Public Holidays will incur a 20% surcharge.
  • Equipment must be clean and in full working order upon return.
  • Replacement or Repair fees will be imposed for broken or lost (not returned) equipment.
  • Late returns will be charged at the standard per day hire rate.

Delivery Fees

All deliveries incur a delivery fee as follows:

  • Canberra Weekdays $18.00 some conditions may apply
  • Canberra Saturday $32.00 some conditions may apply
  • Canberra Sunday $45.00 some conditions may apply
  • NSW Deliveries start at $30.00
  • Delivery fees apply per delivery
  • Whilst we pride our selves on our ability to deliver on time, we ask that you please allow 8-12 mins either side of the requested delivery time.

Minimum orders

Our minimum order is $50.00 plus delivery Monday to Saturday.

Sunday orders require a minimum spend of $ 500.00.

Public Holidays

All menus will incur a 20% surcharge for Sundays and Public Holidays.

Cancellation

Reduction in numbers or cancellation to order less than 24 hours prior for Monday – Friday orders, 48 hours for Saturday orders and 72 hours for Sunday orders, will be charged the total amount.

We are always happy to cater for any Dietary Requirements including Halal, Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten free.
